On a recent camping adventure, I marvelled at the male and female superb blue wrens flittering around on the grass amongst the tiny wildflowers - blue violets, white clover, pink bindweed and scarlet pimpernel. When researching these flowers, it was discovered that they are classified as weeds - but one person’s weed is another person’s wildflower, right? It’s all a matter of perception and the blue wrens didn't seem to mind!
